What is a Zyto Scan?

ZYTO scans use a scanning device to run body scans that are organized into what are called biosurveys. You’ve probably filled out a survey before: a series of questions that you provide answers to. A biosurvey is essentially the same thing, only you don’t answer the “questions” consciously—your body answers them directly through signals. With ZYTO biocommunication, the “question” is sent by the scanner. The answer, a change in the electrical properties of your skin, is recorded and analyzed by the ZYTO software.

A ZYTO scan reads your body’s responses to communications from the scanner, looking for stressors and imbalances. It then suggests various measures to help you bring your body back into balance.

WHAT DOES IT FEEL LIKE?

Getting a ZYTO scan is a fast, straightforward process causing no pain at all. All you have to do is hold the hand cradle for the duration of the scan. This could last about 3 minutes and you most likely will not be aware of the scan happening. It’s as easy as that!

Peace of Mind

Seven or eight years ago I ran across the subject of frequencies. Initially it was something I was curious about in regards to health. I could sense that the frequencies from electronics such as computers, microwaves, cell phones, etc had a negative effect on our bodies and wanted to learn more about how to combat that.

During that process, I discovered the power of healing frequencies. I learned that something as simple as the fabric we wear can form a barrier to the harmful frequencies. I also found out that experiments had been done with sound, with words, with light and color – showing the power that each of these things had to heal, or to hurt. It fascinated me! I studied and practiced (and continue to) several methods and means using lasers, magnets, jewelry, material, song and essential oils. The larger subject is called “Quantum Physics”.

Then it happened. Do you know what it’s like when you suddenly realize everything you have been experiencing or studying all leads to THIS? That has happened to me a couple of times recently. The first time was in January 2015. The second time was in February 2019. A friend of mine was talking about a program/method she started doing. It had to do with Quantum Physics. Immediately when I heard her describing it, I knew it was something I wanted to do as well. I wanted to be able to offer it to my clients.

Here is a brief description of the program/method. It’s called “Emotion Code” and it was developed by Dr Bradley Nelson. The main premise of this is the connection between the mind, emotions and body and how they affect each other. ESPECIALLY the subconscious mind. The practitioner asks questions and the body responds from the subconscious level. The required course teaches about the untapped power of our mind and how we can understand it and use it to our advantage. It’s not “woowoo “. It’s science. For example, do you know how when you are in a crowded room and you can feel someone looking at you? Then you turn around and catch them staring? What is that? This is the mind we are talking about here. It’s a very real thing, we just don’t understand it and very few people talk about it.

In the Emotion Code Practice, the subconscious mind helps the body to release emotions that are trapped in the body and the results have been everything from sleeping better to chronic pain disappearing. The client doesn’t have to share any details at any point in the process.

Change Your Thinking

I’m not sure when it was, sometime in the last 15 years, I began to change my thinking about money. Prior to that, I worked to make money to pay bills. I had no drive for work or desire to have a career, I just wanted to be able to enjoy life and be a responsible person.

Something about MLM/network marketing/party plans was appealing to me, but I tried company after company and never found something that worked. Starting in 1985 or so, I went through over 36 companies, looking for the perfect one. THIRTY SIX + COMPANIES! If I named them, you would recognize several of the names, I’m sure. Many had excellent products. Very few had quality compensation. Several went under within a few years. A couple of them stole the customers after we worked hard to attain them. By 2014, you can imagine how burned out I was. I simply didn’t want to look at another MLM.

Some people make a living hopping from company, bringing their team with them and then moving on when the excitement wears off or when the company folds. That is not my style. I wanted a place I could call home. A REAL business. A company I could trust. A solid foundation. A reliable monthly income. I had pretty much given up all hope of finding anything like that.

Our education system teaches toward the job market. It works like this. Go to school for 13 years, graduate, go to college for 4 or more years, graduate, get a job, work 40 or more hours per week for 43 years, retire if you can. Possibly work during your retirement to make ends meet. During my college years I already knew I didn’t want to travel this road, so I attended, took a variety of classes that didn’t add up to a major and 3.5 years later, I stopped attending. I enjoyed it, I learned alot, but it wasn’t for me.

Now I’m not saying that everyone should feel the way I do, but this has been my experience.

In 2004 I began expanding my education. I listened to podcasts and read books, and watched videos about money/finances/wealth. I learned how the wealthy think. I studied. My thinking began to change. I wanted more. I wanted to be debt free, I wanted to be able to bring my husband home and spend more time as a family and I wanted to be able to give to others without blinking an eye. This was when I began looking at companies in earnest. Prior to 2004 I didn’t realize what I was looking for. I joined and worked over 30 of the 36 companies between 2004 and 2014. I gained a lot of experience. I definitely learned to understand compensation plans, and I experienced success in a few of the companies.

One thing I am very thankful for during those years, is the education I received. I consider it my Masters Degree in wealth building, putting your money to work for you, and in personal growth. It was a considerable investment of time and money, but well worth it in this regard. This education has been ongoing.

This brings me to today. In contrast to the way we are usually taught, we do not have to be a slave to a 40 hours per week job… unless we choose to. We don’t have to answer to a boss, ask permission for days off, or wait for a 2 week vacation once a year. Money doesn’t have to be traded for time. This is real freedom, learning the ways to invest our time and money so that it brings in regular income month after month. Here are some suggestions. The Power of Frequencies

Every. Single. Thing. around you is made up of frequencies.

Wood, metal, glass, water, living things, sound, light, clothing, thoughts, words… Everything.

Why do we need to know this? Because those frequencies are affecting you.

Electronics produce harmful frequencies that can make you feel uneasy, stressed and anxious.

Rain and waterfalls, on the other hand, produce healing frequencies that are calming.

There are many ways to shield or protect your body from the frequencies that affect you negatively.

1. One way is to wear materials that have strong positive frequencies. Linen and wool are two of those materials. However, never wear them together because they move in opposite directions and could cancel each other out. These fabrics can also be used as window coverings and bed linens to promote a more restful sleep.

2. Another idea is to buy protective shields for your home, your body, your devices and more. We have several of these that we wear and keep near the places that we use our devices on a regular basis.

3. Sound can be extremely beneficial for healing with frequencies, as can light, specifically lasers designed for this purpose.

4. Using an ionic rock as a candle holder can release the good frequencies into the air and help protect you.

5. Beeswax candles produce positive frequencies when you burn them.

Time Freedom

What is time freedom to you? It will look different for each person, and maybe for each time period of your life as well.

For a young parent, time freedom could mean they are available to be at their child’s every sports event, every school play, every field trip.

For a couple in love, it might be freedom to go on trips any time they want for as long as they want without worrying about missing work.

For a 50-something couple maybe it’s the ability to retire without debt or worrying about where the money will come from to pay the bills.

Or maybe it’s the dream of a relaxing life on the beach!

My husband and I are in the midst of planning our financial future. We are already building two different types of passive income and working on a third in the near future. Our goal is to retire in 5 years or less with no mortgage or other debt and we are on track!

What are you doing to get yourself closer to time freedom? Here are a couple of ideas:

  1. Pay off your debt as quickly as possible
  2. Start an emergency fund that easy to access
  3. Put your money to work for you via smart investing
  4. Create passive/residual income
  5. Simplify your life, cut down on unnecessary expenses
  6. Spend small, live big

Debt Free Living

Do you want to be debt free but there is no end in sight? Living under monthly debt is difficult! But there is a way to pay that off and see the light at the end of the tunnel. The first step is keeping track of your finances… every cent. There are a couple of options, depending on how much self control you have. =)

When we were newly married, we used option one. The envelope system. In todays post, I will share how it works.

  1. Create a budget for your bills. For example:
  • Household Expenses – this envelope contains the mortgage payment and utility bills
  • Vehicle Expenses – this envelope contains the car payments, car insurance, car registrations fees and gas money
  • Credit Cards – this envelope contains the monthly payment for the credit cards
  • Other debt – this envelope contains the monthly payments for other debt
  • Internet and phone – this envelope includes cell phones and home phones
  • Miscellaneous – put cash in this envelope for anythingthat doesn’t fit in other categories
  • Grocery – self explanatory… your monthly grocery budget goes in this envelope
  • Entertainment – include your cash for movies, eating out, Netflix, cable, bowling, sports, gym membership and any other entertainment you participate in
  • Clothes – put your budget allotment for clothing in this envelope
  • Health care – this envelope would include cash used for deductibles, health insurance payments, and dental costs
  • Child care – if you have child care costs, place the cash in this envelope
  • Charity – ideally this envelope will have 10% of your take home pay
  • Emergency savings – deposit monthly into this envelope until it has 1000 and then don’t touch it unless it’s an emergency. Keep adding to it as you are able.

2. On the outside of each envelope, write the amount of each bill and then total them and write that as well.

3. At the end of the month, put that amount of cash in each envelope. Once the envelope is empty, do not spend in that category any more.

4. Next, look for things you can sell to fill the envelopes quickly. It will be amazing how good that feels! Have a garage sale! Sell on eBay or Amazon!

5. Find ways to cut back on expenses. Here are a few ideas:

  • Buy a flavor and a frother and make your coffee at home.
  • Make eating out a special occasion instead of an every day occasion.
  • Pack a lunch instead of buying lunch.
  • Do your own nails instead of getting them done.
  • Choose a lower cable/internet/phone package.

There are many ways to save. Every little bit adds up!

6. The final tip I want to share today is the debt snowball. The way this works is to pay extra on your smallest debt until it’s payed off. Keep paying the minimum on the other debts. Once the smallest debt is paid off, take the money you were spending there and add it to the next smallest along with the minimum payment. Do this until the second debt is paid off. Keep doing this until all the debt is paid off. When all the debts are paid, start using the money for investing!

7 Mystery Actions To an Extraordinary Life

I hope to expound further on each of these points, but here is a general idea to start with.  If you can do these 7 simple steps, I guarantee your life will change DRASTICALLY!

  1. Invest the Dawn.  By dawn, I mean the dawning of the day.  Here is how you invest it.
    • wake up on purpose – before your alarm, before you need to
    • quietness – inner reflection, focus on personal goals
    • speak out loud what you want to be in present tense and picture it
    • exercise (30 minutes) This helps brain function – If you want, you can listen to self help while exercising
  2. Schedule 90 minute blocks daily of uninterrupted/undistracted time for business or passion – turn off email, facebook, other social media, texts, your ringer, put a “do not disturb” sign on your door – FOCUS
  3. Every 30 days challenge yourself to one personal habit change (master 12 habits per year)
  4. Work 6 days, rest one
  5. Eat a balanced, healthy diet –
  6. Start the next day before bed
    • write in your gratitude journal
    • plan for the next day
    • read 5 pages of an inspirational book to end your day
  7. Live each moment to the fullest.  Don’t waste your moments with too much technology, or with worrying, complaining, and arguing.  Fill them up with pleasant memories!
